Termistor

Termistor, standart rezistorlardan daha çox müqaviməti temperaturdan çox asılı olan yarımkeçirici bir rezistor növüdür. Termistor sözü istilik və rezistorun birləməsidir .

Termistorlar keçiricilik modelinə görə bölünür. Mənfi Temperatur Əmsalı (NTC) olan termistorlar yüksək temperaturda daha az müqavimət göstərir, müsbət temperatur əmsalı (PTC) olanlar isə daha yüksək temperaturda daha çox müqavimət göstərir. ^[1]
